Trent brings deep expertise in Canada’s heavy industrial construction sector, with more than 35 years of experience on the contractor side. A Red Seal electrician by trade, he has spent over 25 years in labour relations, participating in negotiations and supporting collaborative partnerships. He has contributed to industry committees and training initiatives, promoting fair labour practices, workforce development, and safe, productive workplaces. For the past four years, Trent has served as Labour Relations Representative for the GPMC | NMC, supporting maintenance agreement negotiations in Western Canada.
